Arsen Ovanessoff is a seasoned technology executive and business leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, IT operations, software development, project management, and business analysis in both large corporate and startup environments.

As the Founder and Managing Director of The Nesra Group, a Los Angeles-based strategic IT and business management consulting firm, Arsen has successfully led numerous consulting projects across various industries, including media, real estate, automotive, technology, legal, education, and government. He has notably guided technical due diligence efforts for mergers and acquisitions on behalf of several clients.

Before establishing The Nesra Group, Arsen held key leadership roles at technology system integrator firms Insight Investments and Trace3, based in Southern California. In these positions, he was responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and optimizing operational efficiency for global engineering functions.

During the early stages of his career, Arsen developed his entrepreneurial skills through the founding of several startups, including serving as the Chief Information Officer and Co-Founder of WLT Capital Corporation, a mortgage technology startup, where he raised private capital and oversaw the implementation of proprietary loan trading platforms. Arsen also made valuable contributions as Chair of MISMO, a respected national organization that establishes technology standards data and information exchange within the mortgage finance industry.

Arsen holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems & Entrepreneurship, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations & Management Information Systems, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University.
